With over 15 years of leadership experience—much of it leading teams without direct authority—I’ve built my approach around one core belief: leadership is influence, not position.

Today, I support teams that are stuck or underperforming, working with them one at a time so each engagement builds on what I’ve learned from the last. The approach is simple and consistent: build trust, simplify the chaos, and align the work to clear, meaningful goals.
